# Connect

Connect Freshservice to Zluri

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** privileges in Freshservice
* Freshservice **Starter**, **Growth**, **Pro**, or **Enterprise** subscription

## Integration steps

### Create a Freshservice API token

1. [Log in](https://www.freshworks.com/freshservice/) to your Freshservice account.
2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select **Profile settings**.

3. Complete the captcha in the **Your API Key** section to obtain the API key.

4. Copy and securely store the API key.

### Locate your Freshservice Organization URL (aka Organization Name)

Go to your Freshservice dashboard and look at the URL in your browser’s address bar. The part before “.freshservice.com” is your **Organization Name** (`democompany` in this case).

### Connect the Freshservice instance in Zluri

1. Open the [Integrations Catalog](https://app.zluri.com/integrations/catalog), search for “freshservice”, and click **➕ Connect**.

2. Review the integration's scopes, then click **Connect it myself**. You can click the down-arrow button towards the right of a scope to learn what it does.

3. Enter the previously generated **API Key** and **Organization Name**, then click **Connect**.

4. Give the connection a name and description, and you’re ready to go!
