### CSN-101-A: `The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions. Modify the user permissions and try again.`

This error occurs when the Cornerstone service user does not have the required privileges to access the Employee API.

To fix this:

* Follow the [Create a Cornerstone service user account and custom security role](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-cornerstone-to-zluri#create-a-cornerstone-service-user-account-and-custom-security-role) section in the integration document.
* Make sure the service user role includes the `employee:read` permission.

Afterwards, try to connect Cornerstone to Zluri again.

### CSN-101-B: `The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked. Modify the user permissions and reconnect the integration.`

This error appears when the service user’s permissions have changed after the initial connection.

To fix this:

* Revisit the [Create a Cornerstone service user account and custom security role](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-cornerstone-to-zluri#create-a-cornerstone-service-user-account-and-custom-security-role) section in the integration document.
* Restore the `employee:read` permission.

Afterwards, reconnect Cornerstone to Zluri.

### CSN-102-A: `The CLIENT_ID or CLIENT_SECRET used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET to connect the integration.`

This error occurs when the Client ID or Secret entered into Zluri does not match the values obtained from Cornerstone.

To fix this:

* Follow the [Obtain a Cornerstone Client ID and Secret](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-cornerstone-to-zluri#obtain-a-cornerstone-client-id-and-secret) steps.
* Copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** exactly as shown, ensuring no missing or extra characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Cornerstone to Zluri again.

***

### CSN-102-B: `The CLIENT_ID or CLIENT_SECRET used for this integration is expired/revoked. Please ensure that you use the right CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET before reconnecting the integration.`

This error appears when the Client ID or Secret has expired or been revoked in Cornerstone.

To fix this:

* Follow the [Obtain a Cornerstone Client ID and Secret](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-cornerstone-to-zluri#obtain-a-cornerstone-client-id-and-secret) steps.
* Copy the new **Client ID** and **Client Secret** exactly as shown, ensuring no missing or extra characters.

Afterwards, reconnect Cornerstone to Zluri.

### CSN-103-A / CSN-103-B: `The subdomain used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right subdomain to connect the integration.`

This error occurs when the subdomain entered does not match your Cornerstone instance URL.

To fix this:

* Follow the [Locate your Cornerstone subdomain](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-cornerstone-to-zluri#locate-your-cornerstone-subdomain) section.
* Copy the subdomain exactly as shown.

Afterwards, reconnect Cornerstone to Zluri.
