Fix common Intercom integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Intercom with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

If your issue isn’t mentioned here, feel free to [submit a ticket](https://support.zluri.com/support/tickets/new) or contact us directly at <support@zluri.com>.

### INT-100-A: `The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration`

This error occurs while connecting Intercom to Zluri with an invalid API key (or access token). To fix this:

* Carefully follow the instructions for access token generation mentioned in the [integration document](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-intercom-to-zluri#create-an-intercom-access-token).
* Copy the token as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Intercom to Zluri again.

### INT-100-B: `The API key used for this integration is expired/revoked. Please ensure that you use the right API key before reconnecting the integration`

This error occurs if the API key (or access token) used to connect Intercom to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, create a new access token by following the instructions in the [integration document](https://help.zluri.com/docs/connect-intercom-to-zluri#create-an-intercom-access-token) and try to reconnect the integration.

### INT-101-A: `User does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure the user has the permission to access Admins`

This error occurs when the generated access token lacks the **Read admins** permission.

To resolve this, make sure the Intercom access token has **Read admins** permission, and try to connect again.

### INT-101-B: `The permissions associated with the user have been revoked. Please ensure that the user has the right permission to access Admins and reconnect the integration`

This error occurs when the generated access token has lost the **Read admins** permission.

To resolve this, make sure the Intercom access token has **Read admins** permission, and reconnect the integration.

### INT-102-A: `User does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure the user has the permission to access Admin Activity Logs`

This error occurs when the generated access token lacks the **Read admin activity logs** permission.

To resolve this, make sure the Intercom access token has **Read admin activity logs** permission, and try to connect again.

### INT-102-B: `The permissions associated with the user have been revoked. Please ensure that the user has the right permission to access Admin Activity Logs and reconnect the integration`

This error occurs when the generated access token has lost the **Read admin activity logs** permission.

To resolve this, make sure the Intercom access token has **Read admin activity logs** permission, and reconnect the integration.
