Deploying Zluri Windows Agent Through MS Intune
This article explains how to deploy Zluri windows agent through MS Intune

Please make sure that you have the windows machine enrolled in Intune and You have integrated Microsoft Intune with Zluri.

Please download the zluri_silent.intunewin and zluri_autoauth.intunewin from the links:

Adding zluri_silent.intunewin to msintune.

Step 1:

  • Click on Apps on the sidebar in order to add the application

  • Go to All Apps and click on Add. After clicking on the add button you will get to see the Select app type blade at the right side of the screen.

Step 2:

  • From the Select App blade choose the Windows app(Win 32) from the drop-down menu

  • click on the Select button at the bottom of the blade.

Step 3:

  • Then Click on Select App package file

  • under the App information tab, you will see the App package file, under App package file choose “Zluri_silent.intunewin” from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on OK

Step 4:Under App information tab

Fill in all the mandatory fields like Name, and Description with what you can remember.Name: Zluri, Description:zluri silent, Publisher:Zluri Inc.

Click on Next

Step 5:Under the Program tab

  • In the Install Command field append /L*v “C:\zlurisilentlog.txt”

    • It will look something like: msiexec /i "zlurisilent2.5.2.msi" /qn /L*v "C:\zlurisilentlog.txt"

  • In the Device restart behavior field choose No specific action from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on Next

Step 6:Under the Requirements tab

  • Choose 32-bit and 64-bit as the Operating System architecture

  • Choose the minimum operating system available from the dropdown in the Minimum operating system field.

  • Click on Next

Step 7:Under Detection rules

  • In Rules format field Select Manually configure detection rules

  • Below “type “ field there is Add button, click on Add button

Step 8:Under the Detection rule pane

Under the pane select all the required fields

  • In the Rule type field select File from the drop-down menu

  • In the Path field enter C:\Program Files\zluri

  • In File or folder field enter zluri.exe

  • Choose the Detection method as File or folder exists from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on OK


Step 9:

  • Keep clicking on Next for the following tabs Dependencies, Supersedence, Assignments

  • After that, you can review it

  • Click Create button at the at of the page.

Step 10:

After following all the steps, you see a notification as shown in the image below.

Adding Zluri_autoauth.intunewin/Zluri helper to msintune.

The first 3 steps are the same as that of zluri_silent.intunwin setup

Step 1:

  • Click on Apps on the sidebar in order to add the application

  • Go to All Apps and click on Add. After clicking on the add button you will get to see the Select app type blade at the right side of the screen.

Step 2:

  • From the Select App blade choose the Windows app(Win 32) from the drop-down menu

  • click on the Select button at the bottom of the blade.

Step 3:

  • Then Click on Select App package file

  • under the App information tab, you will see the App package file, under App package file choose and upload “Zluri_autoauth.intunewin”

  • Click on OK

Step 4:Under App information tab

Fill in all the mandatory fields like Name, and Description with what you can remember.

Name: Zluri Helper, Description:Zluri Helper , Publisher:Zluri Inc.

  • Click on Next

Step 5:Under the Program tab

  • Make sure msiexec /i zluriautoauth.msi /qn is present in Install Command Field, if not present just add the given command.

  • In the Install Command field append /L*v “C:\zlurihelper.log” ORG_TOKEN=<enter your orgtoken > MDMMACTYPE=microsoftintune

    • It will look something like this: msiexec /i "zluriautoauth.msi" /qn /L*v "C:\zlurihelper.log" ORG_TOKEN=63b4098852ac7b521061bee6 MDMMACTYPE=microsoftintune

  • In the above command enter your org token without <>

  • In the Device restart behavior field choose No specific action from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on Next.

Step 6:Under the Requirements tab

  • Choose 32-bit and 64-bit as the Operating System architecture

  • Choose the minimum operating system available from the dropdown in the Minimum operating system field.

  • Click on Next

Step 7:Under the Detection rules tab

  • In Rules format field Select Manually configure detection rules

  • Below “type “ field there is Add button, click on Add button.

Step 8:Under the Detection rule pane

Under the pane select all the required fields

  • In the Rule type field select File from the drop-down menu

  • In the Path field enter C:\ProgramData\ConfigZluri

  • In File or folder field AppConfig.ini

  • Choose the Detection method as File or folder exists from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on OK

Step 9: Under Dependencies rules

  • Click on Add

  • In the Detection rule pane select Zluri silent that was previously uploaded.

  • Make sure Automatically Install is marke to yes

  • Click Select at the bottom of the pane

  • Click on Next

Step 10:Under the Assignments tab

  • In the Required field -Click on “Add all users” and “Add all devices”

  • If there are any grouped enrolled devices click on “Add all users” and “add all devices” in the Available for enrolled devices field.

Step 11:Click on review and create

Step 12:After following all the steps, you see a notification as shown in the image below.

FAQ:

IF ZLURI IS NOT FOUND UNDER PROGRAM FILES FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS

  • Search Zluri in Windows Search in Taskbar -> Right Click on the first Zluri that comes in search result

  • Choose “Open file location” -> Right click on Zluri -> Click on Properties

  • In the dialog box -> Go to “Start in”->Copy the path

  • Paste the same path in the path field of the Detection rule pane.
