Fix common Tableau integration errors
This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Tableau with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

This error occurs when the credentials used to connect Tableau to Zluri are incorrect. To fix this:
- Follow the instructions to create a Tableau Personal Access Token.
- Ensure that the Base URL, Site Name, Token Name, and Personal Access Token are correctly entered in Zluri.
After verifying the credentials, try connecting Tableau to Zluri again.

- Verify that you have Admin privileges in Tableau.
- Double-check the Base URL, Site Name, Token Name, and Personal Access Token when entering them in Zluri.
After correcting the details, attempt to reconnect Tableau to Zluri.

This error occurs if the Personal Access Token entered in Zluri is incorrect. To fix this:
- Generate a new token by following the steps in creating a Tableau Personal Access Token.
- Ensure you copy and paste the Token Name and Secret exactly as they appear in Tableau.
Once done, try reconnecting Tableau to Zluri.
