This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating JustCall with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

JUC-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the correct API key to connect the integration.

This error occurs while connecting JustCall to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this:

• Carefully follow the instructions to create a JustCall API key .
• Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect JustCall to Zluri again.

JUC-100-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked. Please ensure that you use a valid API key before reconnecting the integration

This error occurs if the API key used to connect JustCall to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, follow the instructions to create a new JustCall API key and reconnect the integration.

JUC-101-A: User does not have sufficient permissions. Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions to connect the integration.

This error occurs when the JustCall user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Owner or Admin privileges in JustCall, and try to connect again.

JUC-101-B: User permissions have been revoked. Please ensure that you have the necessary permissions before reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs when the JustCall user who connected to Zluri has lost Owner or Admin privileges.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Owner or Admin privileges in JustCall, and reconnect the integration.

JUC-102-A: The API key or secret used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the correct API key and secret to connect the integration.

This error occurs while connecting JustCall to Zluri with an invalid API key and/or secret. To fix this:

• Carefully follow the instructions to create a JustCall API key and secret .
• Copy the API key and secret as-is while entering them in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect JustCall to Zluri again.

JUC-102-B: The API key or secret used for this integration hs expired or been revoked. Please ensure that you use a valid API key and secret before reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs if the API key and/or secret used to connect JustCall to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, follow the instructions to create a JustCall API key and secret and reconnect the integration.
