Fix common Aircall integration errors

This page contains a list of common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Aircall with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

AIR-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs while connecting Aircall to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix issue:

  • Carefully follow the instructions for API token generation in the integration document.
  • Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Aircall to Zluri again.

AIR-100-B: The API key used for this integration is expired/revoked

This error occurs if the API key used to connect Aircall to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, create a new API token by following the instructions in the integration document and reconnect the integration.

AIR-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access calls

This error occurs when the Aircall user does not have the necessary privileges to access call data.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Aircall, and try to connect again. See Aircall's Roles documentation to learn more.

AIR-101-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission to access calls and reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the Aircall user that was used to connect to Zluri has lost access to call data.

To resolve this error, restore the user’s Admin privileges in Aircall or use a different user with the required privileges and reconnect the integration.
