Fix common Sentry integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Sentry with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

SENTRY-100-A: User is not authorized to access this resource. Please verify your credentials and try again.

This error occurs when the Sentry user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Sentry, and try to connect again.

SENTRY-100-B: User is not authorized to perform this action. Please check your credentials and try again.

This error occurs when the Sentry user who connected to Zluri has lost Admin privileges.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Sentry, and reconnect the integration.

SENTRY-101-A: The user attempting to connect the integration lacks the necessary permissions. Please check your account privileges.

This error occurs when the Sentry user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Sentry, and try to connect again.

SENTRY-101-B: User does not have permissions to perform this action. Please check your account privileges.

This error occurs when the Sentry user who connected to Zluri has lost Admin privileges.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Sentry, and reconnect the integration.

SENTRY-102-A: The user attempting the connection isn’t part of any organization. Assign them to an organization to continue.

This error occurs when the Sentry user trying to connect the integration is not part of any Sentry organization. Add them to an organization and try to connect the integration again.

SENTRY-102-B: The user was part of an organization when connecting the integration, but has since been disassociated from it. Please reassign them to an organization and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the Sentry user that connected the integration to Zluri isn't part of any Sentry organization anymore. Re-add them to an organization and reconnect the integration.

SENTRY-103-A: The organization has no associated users. Please connect some users to the organization and try to connect again.

This error occurs when the Sentry organization has no users linked to it at the time of integration. Add at least one user to the organization and try connecting the integration again.

SENTRY-103-B: The organization no longer has associated users. Please add users to the organization and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the organization initially had users during integration, but they have since been removed. Add users back to the organization and reconnect the integration.

SENTRY-104-A: The organization has no associated teams. Please connect some teams to the organization and try to connect again.

This error occurs when the Sentry organization does not have any teams associated with it. Add at least one team to the organization and try connecting the integration again.

SENTRY-104-B: The organization no longer has associated teams. Please add teams to the organization and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the organization had teams at the time of integration, but they have since been removed. Add teams back to the organization and reconnect the integration.
