Fix common Egnyte integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Egnyte with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

EGN-101-A / EGN-401-A: The token used to connect this integration is invalid. Generate a new token to connect the integration

This error occurs while connecting Egnyte to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this:

  • Carefully follow the Create an Egnyte API key and secret in the integration document.
  • Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Egnyte to Zluri again.

EGN-101-B / EGN-401-B: The token used to connect this integration is expired. Generate a new token and reconnect integration

This error occurs if the API key used to connect Egnyte to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, follow the Generate an API key section section in the integration document and reconnect the integration.

EGN-403-A: The Domain mentioned is invalid. Update a valid Domain as mentioned in the how-to connect steps.

This error occurs if the Egnyte domain entered while connecting to Zluri is incorrect. To fix this:

  • Follow the steps to discover your Egnyte domain in the integration document
  • Copy the domain as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Egnyte to Zluri again.

EGN-403-B: The Domain used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right domain while reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs if the Egnyte domain entered while connecting to Zluri has become invalid.

To fix this, follow the steps to discover your Egnyte domain in the integration document and reconnect the integration.

EGN-404-A: The credentials used to connect the integration are invalid. Please ensure that you use the right credentials to connect the integration.

This error occurs if the Egnyte username and/or password entered while connecting to Zluri are invalid.

To fix this, verify that the credentials are correct, then try connecting again.

EGN-404-B: The credentials used to connect the integration have expired/changed. Please ensure that you use the right credentials to connect the integration.

This error occurs if the Egnyte username and/or password entered while connecting to Zluri have expired or been modified.

To fix this, reconnect the integration using the updated credentials.
