Fix common Workato integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Workato with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

If your issue isn’t mentioned here, feel free to submit a ticket or contact us directly at [email protected].

WKT-401-A: Your account is not authorized to access this resource, or the provided token is invalid, or the region you selected was incorrect. Please ensure your token is correct and has not expired or region is correct. Additionally, your API client role must be assigned the Get collaborators privilege to use this resource.

This error occurs when attempting to connect Workato to Zluri with an invalid or expired token, an incorrect region, or insufficient API client privileges.

To fix this, please go through the how to connect document and ensure that:

  • You are using a valid Workato API token and that it has not expired.
  • You have selected the correct region for your Workato account.
  • Your API client role includes all the endpoints under the Workspace collaborators section.

After making the necessary changes, try to reconnect Workato to Zluri.

WKT-401-B: Your token has expired, or the API client role has been changed, or the region previously associated with the account has been changed. Please ensure that the token is valid and has not expired, or verify that the API client role includes the Get collaborators privilege, or the region is correct.

This error occurs when the Workato token has expired, the API client role has been modified, or the associated region has changed.

To resolve this, please go through the how to connect document and ensure that:

  • Generate a new Workato API token if the current one has expired.
  • Your API client role includes all the endpoints under the Workspace collaborators section.
  • Verify that the selected region matches the one associated with your Workato account.

After making these changes, try reconnecting Workato to Zluri.

WKT-402-A: No collaborators were found. Please ensure that collaborators are associated with this account.

This error occurs when attempting to connect Workato to Zluri, but there are no collaborators in the Workato account. To resolve this:

  • Ensure that there are active collaborators associated with your Workato account
  • Your API client role includes all the endpoints under the Workspace collaborators section.

Afterwards, try connecting Workato to Zluri again.

WKT-402-B: The collaborators previously associated with this account have now been deleted. Please ensure there are active collaborators before attempting to reconnect.

This error occurs after Workato has already been connected to Zluri, but the previously associated collaborators have been removed. To resolve this:

  • Add active collaborators to your Workato account.
  • Confirm that your API client role still has access to Workspace collaborators.

Afterwards, try reconnecting Workato to Zluri.

WKT-403-A: The account does not have sufficient permissions. Please retry with an account that has the necessary permissions.

This error occurs when attempting to connect Workato to Zluri with an account that lacks the necessary permissions. To resolve this:

  • Ensure that you are using an account with Admin permissions in Workato.
  • Verify that your API client role includes all the endpoints under the Workspace collaborators section.

Once the correct permissions are granted, try connecting Workato to Zluri again.

WKT-403-B: The permissions associated with the account have been revoked. Please reconnect with an account that has the necessary permissions.

This error occurs when the Workato account used for the integration has lost the necessary permissions to connect to Zluri. To resolve this:

  • Check if the account’s Admin permissions have been revoked and restore them if needed.
  • Ensure that your API client role includes all the endpoints under the Workspace collaborators section.

After restoring the necessary permissions, try reconnecting Workato to Zluri.
