This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating SAP Concur with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

SAP-100-A: Authentication failed: Please verify your Client ID, Client Secret, Company ID, and Request Token

This error occurs while connecting SAP Concur to Zluri with an invalid Client ID, Client Secret, Company ID, and/or Request Token. To fix this:

• Carefully follow the Obtain Client ID, Client Secret, and Base URL and Obtain Company ID and Request Token sections in the integration document.
• Copy and paste the entries as-is while entering them in Zluri.

Afterwards, try to connect SAP Concur to Zluri again.

SAP-100-B: Authorization error: The request token has been revoked and is no longer valid. Please reconnect with a valid token

This error occurs if the Request Token used to connect SAP Concur to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, follow the Obtain Company ID and Request Token section in the integration document and reconnect the integration.

SAP-101-A: Access denied: You do not have sufficient permissions to read user information. Please contact your administrator to request access

This error occurs when the SAP Concur user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Administrator privileges in SAP Concur, and try to connect again.

SAP-101-B: Permission error: Your account does not have the necessary permissions to read this project. Please request the appropriate access from your system administrator

This error occurs when the SAP Concur user who connected to Zluri has lost Admin privileges.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Administrator privileges in SAP Concur, and reconnect the integration.

SAP-102-A: Invalid location: The geo-location provided is not recognized. Please check and try again

This error occurs if the Base URL (Geolocation) entered while connecting SAP Concur to Zluri is incorrect. To fix this:

• Follow the instructions in the Obtain Client ID, Client Secret, and Base URL section in the integration document.
• Copy the Base URL (Geolocation) as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.

Afterwards, try to connect SAP Concur to Zluri again.

SAP-102-B: Invalid location: The geo-location provided is not recognized. Please check and try again

This error occurs if the Base URL (Geolocation) entered while connecting SAP Concur to Zluri has become invalid.

To fix this, follow the instructions in the Obtain Client ID, Client Secret, and Base URL section in the integration document, then reconnect SAP Concur to Zluri using the correct Base URL (Geolocation).
