Fix common LaunchDarkly integration errors
This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating LaunchDarkly with Zluri, along with steps to resolve them.
LCD-101-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid
This error occurs when connecting LaunchDarkly to Zluri with an invalid API token.
To fix this:
- Follow the instructions to create a LaunchDarkly API token.
- Copy the API token exactly as shown in LaunchDarkly.
- Paste it into Zluri without any missing or extra characters.
After creating and entering a valid API token, reconnect LaunchDarkly to Zluri.
LCD-101-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked
This error occurs when the API token used to connect LaunchDarkly to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this:
- Create a new API token by following the create a LaunchDarkly API token guide.
- Use the new API token to reconnect the integration in Zluri.
LCD-102-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions
This error occurs when the LaunchDarkly user does not have the required privileges to connect to Zluri.
To fix this:
- Ensure the LaunchDarkly user has at least Reader privileges.
- Retry connecting LaunchDarkly to Zluri after permissions are updated.
LCD-102-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration has been modified or revoked
This error occurs when the LaunchDarkly user who connected to Zluri has lost the necessary permissions.
To fix this:
- Restore at least Reader privileges to the LaunchDarkly user.
- Reconnect the integration in Zluri after permissions are restored.
