Fix common Freshservice integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Freshservice with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

FSC-101-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration.

This error occurs when the API key entered in Zluri is incorrect. To resolve this:

  • Follow the instructions to create a Freshservice API key.
  • Copy the API key exactly as shown in Freshservice, ensuring no missing or extra characters.

After entering the correct API key, try connecting Freshservice to Zluri again.

FSC-101-B: The API key used for this integration is expired/revoked. Please ensure that you use the right API key before reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs when the API key used to connect Freshservice to Zluri has expired or been revoked. To fix this:

FSC-102-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions for fetching agents. Modify the user permission and try again.

This error occurs when the user does not have the necessary permissions to fetch agents from Freshservice. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the user has Admin privileges in Freshservice.
  • Update the user's permissions and try connecting again.

FSC-102-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the permissions of the user who previously connected Freshservice to Zluri have been revoked or modified. To fix this:

  • Restore Admin privileges for the user in Freshservice.
  • Reconnect Freshservice to Zluri using a user account with the required permissions.

FSC-103-A: The subdomain mentioned is invalid. Update a valid subdomain as mentioned in the how-to connect steps.

This error occurs when the subdomain entered in Zluri does not match the Freshservice instance. To resolve this:

FSC-103-B: The subdomain used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right subdomain while reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs when the subdomain entered while reconnecting Freshservice is incorrect. To fix this:

  • Verify the correct subdomain by checking the Freshservice dashboard URL.
  • Enter the subdomain exactly as it appears and reconnect Freshservice to Zluri with the correct subdomain.

FSC-104-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions for fetching roles. Modify the user permission and try again

This error occurs when the user lacks the necessary permissions to fetch roles from Freshservice. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the user has Admin privileges in Freshservice.
  • Modify the user's permissions and try connecting again.

FSC-104-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the permissions of the user who previously connected Freshservice to Zluri have been revoked or modified. To fix this:

  • Restore Admin privileges for the user in Freshservice.
  • Reconnect Freshservice to Zluri using an account with the required permissions.

FSC-105-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions for fetching requesters. Modify the user permission and try again.

This error occurs when the user does not have the necessary permissions to fetch requesters from Freshservice. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the user has Admin privileges in Freshservice.
  • Update the user's permissions and try connecting again.

FSC-105-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the permissions of the user who previously connected Freshservice to Zluri have been revoked or modified. To fix this:

  • Restore Admin privileges for the user in Freshservice.
  • Reconnect Freshservice to Zluri using an account with the required permissions.

FSC-106-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions for fetching groups. Modify the user permission and try again.

This error occurs when the user does not have the necessary permissions to fetch groups from Freshservice. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the user has Admin privileges in Freshservice.
  • Update the user's permissions and try connecting again.

FSC-106-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the permissions of the user who previously connected Freshservice to Zluri have been revoked or modified. To fix this:

  • Restore Admin privileges for the user in Freshservice.
  • Reconnect Freshservice to Zluri using an account with the required permissions.

FSC-107-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions for fetching applications. Modify the user permission and try again.

This error occurs when the user does not have the necessary permissions to fetch applications from Freshservice. To resolve this:

  • Ensure the user has Admin privileges in Freshservice.
  • Update the user's permissions and try connecting again.

FSC-107-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

This error occurs when the permissions of the user who previously connected Freshservice to Zluri have been revoked or modified. To fix this:

  • Restore Admin privileges for the user in Freshservice.
  • Reconnect Freshservice to Zluri using an account with the required permissions.
