MTC-100-A: The API Token or API ID used for this integration is incorrect. Ensure that the correct API ID and API Token are used
The API Token or API ID used for this integration is incorrect. Ensure that the correct API ID and API Token are used
This error occurs while connecting Monte Carlo to Zluri with an invalid API ID or API Token (aka API Secret). To fix this:
- Carefully follow the Generate an API Key in Monte Carlo section in the integration document.
- Copy the API Key ID and Secret exactly as shown in Monte Carlo, ensuring there are no missing or extra characters.
Afterwards, try to connect Monte Carlo to Zluri again.
MTC-100-B: The API Token or API ID used for this integration is revoked or expired. Please create new API ID and API Token and reconnect the integration.
The API Token or API ID used for this integration is revoked or expired. Please create new API ID and API Token and reconnect the integration.
This error occurs if the API ID and API Token (aka API Secret) used to connect Monte Carlo to Zluri have expired or been revoked.
To fix this, create a new API key by following the Generate an API Key in Monte Carlo section in the integration document and reconnect the integration.
MTC-101-A: The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access users. Ensure that the API Token has the required permissions
The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access users. Ensure that the API Token has the required permissions
This error occurs when the Monte Carlo API key does not have sufficient permissions to access user data.
To resolve this error, make sure the user generating the API key has Account Owner privileges in Monte Carlo, as specified in the Prerequisites section. Then try to connect again.
MTC-101-B: The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access users. Please create a new API ID and API Token with the required permissions and reconnect the integration
The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access users. Please create a new API ID and API Token with the required permissions and reconnect the integration
This error occurs when the API key used to connect Monte Carlo to Zluri has lost the necessary permissions to access user data.
To resolve this error, ensure the user has Account Owner privileges in Monte Carlo, then create a new API key by following the Generate an API Key in Monte Carlo section in the integration document. Reconnect the integration using the new API credentials.
MTC-102-A: The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access audit logs. Ensure that the API Token has the required permissions
The API Token or API ID used for this integration does not have the required permissions to access audit logs. Ensure that the API Token has the required permissions
This error occurs when the Monte Carlo API key does not have sufficient permissions to access audit log data.
To resolve this error, make sure the user generating the API key has Account Owner privileges in Monte Carlo, as specified in the Prerequisites section. Then try to connect again.
