Fix common Slack Enterprise Grid integration errors

SLA-100-A: The Slack account that you are trying to connect is inactive/deleted. Please ensure you use an active account to connect the integration.

This error occurs when attempting to connect a Slack account that is either inactive or deleted.
To resolve this:
- Ensure you are using an active Slack Enterprise account.
- If the account was deleted, restore it or use a different active account.
Afterwards, try connecting Slack Enterprise to Zluri again.

SLA-104-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions. Modify the user permission and try again.

This error occurs when the user attempting to connect Slack Enterprise does not have the necessary privileges.
To resolve this:
- Ensure the user has Org owner or Org admin privileges in Slack Enterprise.
- Try connecting the integration again after updating permissions.

SLA-104-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration.

To fix this:
- Restore Org owner or Org admin privileges for the user.
