Freshdesk
To connect Freshdesk you will need the API Key & your Freshdesk domain name.
Click your profile image on the top right corner of the page & Click Profile settings. You will get the Freshdesk API key on the top right side of the page as shown in the figure.
If your domain URL is https://newaccount1628318235254.freshdesk.com/ , Please enter newaccount1628318235254.freshdesk.com as domain.
