Inactive User Detection

Monitor and manage unused licenses by identifying users who haven't accessed your applications within the last 30/60/90 days. The tool:

• Shows the total number of inactive users
• Calculates potential cost savings from unused licenses
• Provides a detailed list of inactive users for review

Deprovisioning Opportunities

Maintain license hygiene by identifying mismatches between your primary source and application licenses. The tool flags:

• Users marked as inactive in SSO but still holding active licenses
• Associated potential cost savings
• Specific users requiring attention

Taking Action

Each insight comes with a "Review Now" button that lets you:

1. Review the full list of affected users
2. Validate the suggested changes
3. Take appropriate action to optimize your licenses

Note: Actual savings may vary based on your subscription type and licensing model.

Clicking Review Now will present a list of users whose licenses can be optimized.
