Access Requests via Slack

Zluri's Slack bot lets users submit requests and approve requests assigned to them without switching context or managing multiple tickets or email threads.

Set up Zluri's Slack integration

1. Integrate Slack with Zluri.
2. Wait for the initial sync cycle to complete (typically takes 1-2 business days).
3. Contact your customer success team to enable access requests and Slack features for your organization.

Raise an access request

1. In any Slack channel or direct message, type the command /accessrequest.

   

2. Search for and select the application you need access to.

   

3. Fill in additional details in the form (optional) and click Submit.

You'll receive updates via Slack throughout the process. Use Zluri's Access Requests dashboard to see detailed progress.

Admin/approver only: Approve access requests

You'll receive a Slack notification with request details and options to approve, reject, or view more information . Optionally, visit Zluri's Approval dashboard to see more details.

Once approved, the next steps will initiate automatically based on your automation rules.
