Fix common Kisi integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Kisi with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

KIS-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration

This error occurs while connecting Kisi to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this:

  • Carefully follow the instructions to create a Kisi API key.
  • Copy the API key exactly as shown in Kisi and enter it as-is in Zluri, ensuring no missing or extra characters.

Afterwards, try to connect Kisi to Zluri again.

KIS-100-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked. Please ensure that you use the right API key before reconnecting the integration

This error occurs if the API key used to connect Kisi to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, create a new API key by following the create a Kisi API key instructions, and reconnect the integration with the new key.

KIS-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access Users. Modify the user permission and try again

This error occurs when the Kisi user does not have the necessary privileges to access user data.

To resolve this error, make sure to use an Organization administrator or Organization owner account for creating the API key, and try to connect again.

KIS-101-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration has been modified or revoked to access Users. Modify the user permission to access Users and reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the Kisi user who connected to Zluri has lost the necessary permissions to access user data.

To resolve this error, restore either Organization administrator or Organization owner privileges to the Kisi user who created the API key, and reconnect the integration.
