Fix common LastPass integration errors
This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating LastPass with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

LPS-101-A: The Credentials used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right Credentials to connect the integration.

This error occurs when connecting LastPass to Zluri using an invalid Customer ID (CID) and/or Provisioning Hash. To resolve this:
- Carefully follow the instructions to locate your LastPass CID.
- Follow the steps to generate a provisioning hash.
- Copy both values exactly as displayed, ensuring there are no missing or extra characters.
After verifying your credentials, try connecting LastPass to Zluri again.
LPS-101-B: The Credentials used for this integration is expired/revoked. Please ensure that you use the right Credentials before reconnecting the integration.

This error occurs if the Provisioning Hash used to connect LastPass to Zluri has expired or been revoked. To resolve this:
- Follow the instructions to generate a new provisioning hash.
- Copy and securely store the new hash.
- Reconnect the LastPass integration in Zluri using the updated credentials.
After updating your credentials, try reconnecting LastPass to Zluri.
LPS-102-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration.

This error occurs while connecting LastPass to Zluri with an invalid Provisioning hash (aka API key). To fix this:
- Carefully follow the instructions for Provisioning hash generation in the integration document.
- Copy the Provisioning hash as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.
Afterwards, try to connect LastPass to Zluri again.
LPS-102-B: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions. Modify the user permission and try again

This error occurs if the Provisioning hash (aka API key) used to connect LastPass to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this, create a new Provisioning hash by following the instructions for Provisioning hash generation and try to reconnect the integration.
LPS-103-A: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked. Modify the user permission and reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the LastPass user who created the provisioning hash does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has Administrator privileges in LastPass, and try to connect again.
