Fix common Outreach integration errors

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Outreach with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

OUT-100-A / OUT-100-B: The integration access has expired or been revoked by the admin. Ensure that the access provided is not revoked or expired before reconnecting

This error indicates that the integration access has either expired or been revoked. To resolve this reconnect the integration by following the integration document.

OUT-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to read Users. Modify the user permission and try again

This error occurs when the Outreach user does not have the necessary privileges to access user data.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Outreach, and try to connect again.

OUT-101-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration has been modified or revoked. Modify the user permission to read Users and reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the Outreach user who connected to Zluri has lost access to user data.

To resolve this error, restore the user's Admin privileges in Outreach or use a different user with the required privileges and reconnect the integration.

OUT-102-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to read Roles. Modify the user permission and try again

This error occurs when the Outreach user does not have the necessary privileges to access role data.

To resolve this error, make sure the user has Admin privileges in Outreach, and try to connect again.

OUT-102-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration has been modified or revoked. Modify the user permission to read Roles and reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the Outreach user who connected to Zluri has lost access to role data.

To resolve this error, restore the user's Admin privileges in Outreach or use a different user with the required privileges and reconnect the integration.
