Integration steps

Create an Aircall API token

1. Log in to the Aircall dashboard.

2. Navigate to Integrations & API → API keys, then click Generate an API key .

   

3. Give the key a name, then copy and store the API ID and API Token. Click Confirm.

   

Connect the Aircall instance in Zluri

1. Open the Integrations Catalog, search for “aircall”, and click ➕ Connect.

   

2. Review the scopes for the integration, and click Continue. You can click the down-arrow button towards the right of a scope to find out what it does.

   

3. Enter the previously generated API ID and API Token here.

   

4. Click Connect, give the connection a name and description, and you’re ready to go!
