Fix common Printix integration errors

This page contains a list of common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Printix with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

PTX-101-A: The client ID or client secret used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs while connecting Printix to Zluri with an invalid client ID and/or client secret. To fix this:

PTX-101-B: The client ID or client secret used for this integration has expired or been revoked

This error occurs if the client ID and/or client secret used to connect Printix to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, generate a new client ID and secret, then reconnect the integration.

PTX-102-A: The tenant ID used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs while connecting Printix to Zluri with an invalid tenant ID. To fix this:

PTX-102-B: The tenant ID used for this integration has expired or been revoked

This error occurs if the tenant ID used to connect Printix to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To fix this, generate a new tenant ID, then reconnect the integration.

PTX-103-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions or the tenant ID is incorrect

This error occurs when the Printix user who generated the client ID, client secret, and tenant ID does not have System manager or Site manager privileges.

To resolve it, regenerate the client ID, client secret, and tenant ID using an account with one of the two privileges in Printix, and try to connect again.

PTX-103-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked

This error occurs when the Printix user who who generated the client ID, client secret, and tenant ID to connect to Zluri has lost the System manager or Site manager privileges.

To resolve this error, grant one of these privileges to the Printix user, and reconnect the integration.
