Fix common AppFollow integration errors
This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating AppFollow with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

AF2-100-A: API token is invalid. Please double-check the token to ensure it has sufficient READ permissions and is properly configured for this integration.

This error occurs while connecting AppFollow to Zluri with an invalid API token.
OR
The token lacks Read permissions for one or more workplace(s) that you wish to use it in. To fix this:
- Carefully follow the Create an AppFollow API token in the integration document, making sure it has Read permissions in every workplace that you wish to use it in.
- Copy the API token as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.
Afterwards, try to connect AppFollow to Zluri again.
AF2-100-B: The API token used for connecting this integration is either revoked, expired, or misconfigured, resulting in authentication failure during synchronization.

This error occurs if the API token used to connect AppFollow to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this, follow the Create an AppFollow API token section in the integration document, making sure it has Read permissions in every workplace that you wish to use it in, then reconnect the integration.
AF2-101-A / AF2-101-B: You have insufficient credits remaining on your AppFollow account. Please check your credit balance on the API Dashboard.

To resolve this error, purchase more API credits and try to connect AppFollow to Zluri again.
