Fix common Workday integration errors
This page contains a list of common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Workday with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

WOR-101-A: The Client ID and/or Client secret used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure the right Client ID and Client secret are used.
This error occurs while connecting Workday to Zluri with an invalid client ID and/or client secret. To fix this:
- Carefully follow the instructions for client ID and client secret generation in the integration document.
- Copy the client ID and client secret as-is while entering them in Zluri and ensure there are no missing or extra characters.
Afterwards, try to connect Workday to Zluri again.
WOR-101-B: The Client ID and Client secret used to connect the integration have expired or been removed. Use a new client ID and client secret to reconnect the integration
This error occurs if the client ID and client secret used to connect Workday to Zluri have expired or been removed.
To fix this, create a new Client ID and Client secret by following the instructions in the integration document and try to reconnect the integration.
WOR-103-A: The user does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration
This error occurs when the Workday user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has Organization admin privileges in Workday, and try to connect again.
WOR-103-B: The permissions associated with the user have been revoked.
This error occurs when the Workday user who connected to Zluri has lost Organization admin privileges.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has Organization admin privileges in Workday, and reconnect the integration.
WOR-104-A: The base URL and/or Tenant Name provided is invalid. Ensure that the correct URL and Tenant Name are used.
This error occurs if the Workday’s base URL and/or Tenant Name entered while connecting to Zluri is incorrect.
To fix this:
- Carefully follow the instructions in the Extract the Base URL and Tenant Name from your Workday REST API endpoint section of the integration document.
- Copy the URL and Tenant Name as-is while entering them in Zluri and ensure there are no missing or extra characters.
Afterwards, try to connect Workday to Zluri again.
WOR-104-B: The base URL and/or the tenant name used for this integration is invalid. Ensure that the correct URL and the tenant name is used while reconnecting the integration.
This error occurs if Workday’s base URL and/or the tenant name entered while connecting to Zluri has become invalid.
To fix this, reconnect the integration using a valid base URL and tenant name.
