Fix common Calendly integration errors
This page contains a list of common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Calendly with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

CAL-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid
This error occurs while connecting Calendly to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this:
- Carefully follow the instructions for personal access token generation.
- Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.
CAL-100-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked
This error occurs if the API key used to connect Calendly to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this, create a new personal access token and reconnect the integration.
CAL-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration is not associated with any organization. Make sure the user is part of the organization
This error occurs when the user who generated the personal access token is not part of any organization.
To fix this, make sure the user creating the token is a part of your organization, then reconnect the integration.
CAL-101-B: The user who connected the integration is no longer part of the organization. Reconnect the integration with the correct user
This error occurs when the user who generated the personal access token has been removed from the organization.
To fix this, either:

Re-add the user to your organization, grant them Owner or Admin privileges, and reconnect the integration
OR

Reconnect the integration with another user with Owner or Admin privileges.
CAL-102-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure the user has the permission to access members
This error occurs when the Calendly user does not have Owner or Admin privileges.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has one of these privileges in Calendly, and try to connect again.
CAL-102-B: The permissions associated with the user have been revoked. Please ensure that the user has the correct permissions and reconnect the integration
This error occurs when the Calendly user who connected to Zluri has lost Owner or Admin privileges.
To resolve this error, grant one of these privileges to the Calendly user, and reconnect the integration.
CAL-103-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure the user has the permission to access activity logs
This error occurs when the Calendly user does not have Owner or Admin privileges.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has one of these privileges in Calendly, and try to connect again.
CAL-103-B: The permissions associated with the user have been revoked. Please ensure that the user has the correct permissions and reconnect the integration
This error occurs when the Calendly user who connected to Zluri has lost Owner or Admin privileges.
To resolve this error, grant one of these privileges to the Calendly user, and reconnect the integration.
