This error occurs while connecting Canny to Zluri with an invalid API key. To fix this:
- Carefully follow the instructions to locate the Canny API key.
- Copy the API key as-is while entering it in Zluri and ensure there are no missing characters.
Afterwards, try to connect Canny to Zluri again.
CNY-100-B: The API key used for this integration has expired or been revoked. Please ensure that you use the right API key before reconnecting the integration

This error occurs if the API key used to connect Canny to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
To fix this, follow the instructions to locate the Canny API key and reconnect the integration.
CNY-101-A: User does not have the required permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure that you have the required permissions to connect the integration

This error occurs when the Canny user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has Owner or Manager privileges in Canny, and try to connect again.
CNY-101-B: User permission got revoked/expired. Please ensure that you have the required permissions before reconnecting the integration

This error occurs when the Canny user who connected to Zluri has lost Owner or Manager privileges.
To resolve this error, restore Owner or Manager privileges for the user in Canny, and reconnect the integration.
