Fix common Torq integration errors
This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Torq with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

TOR-101-A: The provided API Key is invalid, or the selected region is incorrect. Please ensure your API Key is valid and has not expired, and verify that the region is correct

This error occurs while connecting Torq to Zluri with an invalid API key or incorrect region selection.
To fix this:
- Carefully follow the Obtain Torq Client ID and Secret instructions in the integration document.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret exactly as shown in Torq, ensuring no missing or extra characters.
- Verify that you've selected the correct region during the integration process.
Try connecting Torq to Zluri again after making these corrections.
TOR-101-B: Your API Key has expired, or the region previously associated with the account has been changed. Please ensure your API Key is valid and has not expired, and verify that the region is correct

This error occurs if the API key used to connect Torq to Zluri has expired or if the region setting has changed.
To fix this:
- Create a new API key by following the Obtain Torq Client ID and Secret instructions.
- Verify the correct region during reconnection.
- Reconnect Torq to Zluri using the new credentials.
TOR-102-A: No users were found. Please ensure that users are associated with this account

This error occurs when no users are found in the Torq account connected to Zluri.
To resolve this error:
- Verify that your Torq account has active users.
- Follow the instructions in the integration document to reconnect with the correct account.

- Add users to your Torq account.
