Integration Notifications
Learn how Zluri sends automated email notifications about integration issues and who receives them
Zluri sends automated email notifications when integration issues occur. There are two types of notifications: disconnected integration notifications and integration error notifications.
The notification system follows these rules:

All notifications arrive by email

Notifications go only to Active Zluri users, i.e., users who haven't been deactivated or deleted

The system follows a priority order based on the error type — moving to the next level only when needed

Zluri evaluates and sends error notifications for each integration independently, not as a combined list.
For example, if three integrations error out at the same time, you will get three separate emails instead of one.

The system does not retry failed notification deliveries.
Currently, there is no way to adjust the notification timing, recipients, or thresholds.
Types of notifications
Disconnected integration notifications
Zluri sends a notification when an integration loses its connection to Zluri.
Notification schedule
- The system sends this notification as soon as it detects the disconnection.
- Every disconnected integration prompts a single notification — there are no reminder emails.
Notification order
The system picks and notifies recipients in this order:
- The user who originally connected the integration (if user is active)
- The designated app owner (if the original user is inactive)
- Users with the Admin credentials in Zluri (if both the connector and app owner are inactive)
Integration error notifications
Zluri sends this notification type when an integration encounters operational errors.
Notification schedule
- Zluri sends integration error notifications exactly 72 hours (3 days) after the error occurs.
- If the error stays unresolved, the system sends 3 further notifications per integration on the 7th, 15th and 30th day after the error occurs.
- If the error is fixed within the 72-hour window or within the reminder period, Zluri will not send a notification.
Notification order
The system picks and notifies recipients in this order:
- The user who connected the integration (if user is active)
- All users with the Admin credentials in Zluri (if the original user is inactive)
