MIC-INT-100: The Instance connected was expired or revoked

When does this error occur?

  • When the Instance connected was expired or revoked.

How to resolve:

  • Please reconnect the instance.

MIC-INT-101: The user does not have sufficient permissions to access Users

When does this error occur?

  • When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access Users.

How to resolve:

  • Modify the user permission and try again.

MIC-INT-102: The user does not have sufficient permissions to access Managed Devices

When does this error occur?

  • When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access Managed Devices.

How to resolve:

  • Modify the user permission to access Managed Devices and try again.

Additional Notes

  • Always ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to connect.
  • If you continue to face issues, verify that your account and permissions have not been changed or revoked in Microsoft Intune.
