BIT-101: User does not have sufficient permissions

When does this error occur?

  • When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions.

How to resolve:

  • Ensure the user has the right permissions in Bitbucket.

BIT-102: The user lacks necessary permissions or access is revoked

When does this error occur?

  • When the user attempting to connect the integration lacks the necessary permissions.

How to resolve:

  • Reconnect the integration using a user account with the appropriate permissions.

BIT-103: No workspaces were found

When does this error occur?

  • When no workspaces are associated with the account.

How to resolve:

  • Ensure that there are workspaces associated with the account.

Additional Notes

  • Always ensure you have the correct permissions and are associated with active workspaces before connecting.
  • If you continue to face issues, verify that your permissions and access have not been changed or revoked in Bitbucket.
