This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Anodot with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

AND-101: The Api Key used to connect this integration is invalid or expired

When does this error occur?

  • While connecting Anodot to Zluri with an invalid or expired API Key.

How to resolve:

  • Ensure you are using a valid API Key. If your current key is expired, generate a new one by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Anodot Account.
    2. Go to Settings → API Tokens.
    3. Enter a name, click Add, and copy the API Token.
    4. Paste the new API Key in Zluri when connecting the integration.

AND-102: The ApiKey used to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access users

When does this error occur?

  • When the API Key used does not have the required permissions to access user data in Anodot.

How to resolve:

  • Modify the permissions for your API Key to ensure it can access users.
  • After updating permissions, try connecting the integration again.

AND-103: The ApiKey used to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access groups

When does this error occur?

  • When the API Key used does not have the required permissions to access group data in Anodot.

How to resolve:

  • Modify the permissions for your API Key to ensure it can access groups.
  • After updating permissions, try connecting the integration again.

AND-104: The subdomain used to connect this integration is invalid

When does this error occur?

  • When the subdomain entered during connection is incorrect.

How to resolve:

  • Ensure you are entering the correct subdomain. For example, if your Anodot URL is https://app.anodot.com/Your subdomain is app.
  • Use the correct subdomain when connecting or reconnecting the integration.

Additional Notes

  • Always copy and paste the API Key directly from Anodot to avoid typos or missing characters.
  • If you continue to face issues, verify that your API Key and subdomain are active and have not been changed or revoked in Anodot.
