JET-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs when connecting JetBrains to Zluri with an incorrect or invalid API key.

To resolve this error:

  1. Verify that you're using the correct API key from your JetBrains Account
  2. Ensure the API key was copied correctly without any extra spaces or missing characters
  3. Confirm that you have the correct Customer Code (Organization ID) from your JetBrains Account
  4. Follow the integration guide to regenerate a new API key if needed

JET-100-B: The API key used for this integration is expired/revoked

This error occurs when the API key used to connect JetBrains to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To resolve this error:

  1. Generate a new API key by following these steps:
    • Go to your JetBrains Account
    • Click your organization's name in the left menu, then click Administration
    • Click Generate Token
    • Save the new token securely (you'll only see it once)
  2. Use the new API key to reconnect the integration
  3. Follow the integration guide for detailed instructions

JET-101-A: The user doesn't have sufficient permission to connect the integration

This error occurs when the user connecting JetBrains to Zluri lacks the necessary administrative privileges.

To resolve this error:

  1. Ensure the user has Administrator privileges in your JetBrains organization
  2. Verify that the user can access the Administration section in JetBrains Account
  3. Confirm the user has permission to generate API tokens
  4. If needed, contact your JetBrains organization administrator to grant the necessary permissions

JET-101-B: The user who connected the integration doesn't have admin role anymore

This error occurs when the user who connected JetBrains to Zluri has lost their administrative privileges.

To resolve this error:

  1. Verify if the original user still has Administrator privileges in JetBrains
  2. If the user no longer has admin access, reconnect the integration using a user with administrator privileges
  3. Generate a new API key with the administrator account
  4. Follow the integration guide to complete the reconnection process
