This page contains a list of common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Notion with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.
If your issue isn’t mentioned here, feel free to submit a ticket or contact us directly at [email protected].
NOT-100-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions
This error occurs when the Notion user does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.
To resolve this error, make sure the user has one of the following roles in the Notion workspace:
- Workspace owner
- Workspace admin
- Member with integration permissions
Additionally, ensure that:
- The user has permission to install and manage integrations in the workspace
- The workspace allows third-party integrations
- The user can access the pages and databases that need to be synchronized
After verifying the permissions, try to connect the integration again.
NOT-100-B: The permission for the user who connected the integration is modified/revoked
This error occurs when the Notion user who connected to Zluri has lost the required permissions or their role has been modified.
To resolve this error:
-
Verify that the original user still has the necessary permissions:
- Workspace owner
- Workspace admin
- Member with integration permissions
-
Check if the user's access to specific pages or databases has been revoked
-
Ensure the workspace still allows third-party integrations
-
After restoring the appropriate permissions, reconnect the integration
NOT-101-A: The token used to connect the integration is invalid
This error occurs while connecting Notion to Zluri with an invalid OAuth token.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure you are following the OAuth flow correctly during the connection process
- Make sure you are not interrupting the authorization process
- Verify that you are granting the required permissions during the OAuth flow
- Check that your browser is not blocking cookies or third-party authentication
If the issue persists, try the connection process again from the beginning.
NOT-101-B: The token used for this integration is expired/revoked
This error occurs when the OAuth token used to connect Notion to Zluri has expired or been revoked.
Common causes include:
- The OAuth token has naturally expired
- The integration authorization was manually revoked in Notion settings
- The user's account permissions changed, invalidating the token
- Workspace settings were modified to restrict integrations
To resolve this error:
- Go to your Notion workspace settings
- Check the "Integrations" section to see if Zluri is still authorized
- If the integration is missing or unauthorized, reconnect it through Zluri
- During reconnection, ensure you grant all required permissions
- Complete the full OAuth authorization flow
After reconnecting, the integration should resume normal operation.
