OPS-100: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid
When does this error occur?
- When the API key used to connect the integration is invalid or expired/revoked.
How to resolve:
- Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration.
OPS-101: The user does not have sufficient permissions to access users
When does this error occur?
- When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access users.
How to resolve:
- Modify the user permission to access the users and try again.
OPS-102: The user does not have sufficient permissions to access Alerts
When does this error occur?
- When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access Alerts.
How to resolve:
- Modify the user permission to access the Alerts and try again.
Additional Notes
- Always ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to connect.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your API key and permissions have not been changed or revoked in OpsGenie.
