Box Troubleshooting

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Box with Zluri, along with instructions on how to fix them.

• BOX_100: Access revoked or expired instance

  When this error occurs

  This error occurs when Box returns a 401 status code in the users or events response. The connected instance has expired or access has been revoked.

  This error can occur:

  • while connecting Box with Zluri, or
  • after the integration is already connected, if access is revoked.

  How to fix it

  Reconnect the integration instance in Zluri using valid credentials. Ensure the connected account has active access to Box.

• BOX_101: Insufficient permissions

  When this error occurs

  This error occurs when Box returns a 403 status code in the users or events response. The user connecting the integration does not have sufficient permissions.

  This error can occur:

  • while connecting the integration, or
  • after connecting, if the user’s permissions are modified or revoked.

  How to fix it

  Ensure the user connecting the integration has the necessary permissions in Box. Verify account privileges and reconnect the integration.

• BOX_102: No users data found

  When this error occurs

  This error occurs when no users are associated with the enterprise in the users response.

  This error can occur:

  • while connecting, if no users are associated with the enterprise, or
  • after connecting, if previously associated users are no longer linked to the enterprise.

  How to fix it

  Ensure users are associated with the Box enterprise account. After confirming user association, reconnect the integration in Zluri.

• BOX_103: No events data found

  When this error occurs

  This error occurs when no events are associated with the enterprise in the events response.

  How to fix it

  Ensure events exist and are associated with the Box enterprise account. Once confirmed, reconnect the integration if necessary.
