BOX-100: The instance connected to this integration is expired
When does this error occur?
- When the Box instance connected to the integration is expired.
How to resolve:
- Reconnect the instance to restore the integration functionality.
BOX-101: The user lacks necessary permissions
When does this error occur?
- When the user attempting to connect the integration lacks the necessary permissions.
How to resolve:
- Check your account privileges and ensure you have the required permissions.
BOX-102: No users associated with enterprise
When does this error occur?
- When there are no users associated with the enterprise.
How to resolve:
- Ensure that users are associated with an enterprise.
- If users were associated with the enterprise when connecting but are now unassociated, ensure that users are associated with the enterprise before reconnecting.
Additional Notes
- Always ensure you have the correct permissions and are associated with an active enterprise before connecting.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your permissions and access have not been changed or revoked in Box.
