MSE-100: Login failed: The credentials provided are invalid
When does this error occur?
- When the Client ID and Client Secret provided are invalid.
How to resolve:
- Please check your Client ID and Client Secret and try again.
MSE-101: You have not granted Directory.read.all permission
When does this error occur?
- When you have not granted Directory.read.all permission for this application.
How to resolve:
- Please make sure to grant this permission and reconnect this integration.
MSE-103: You have not granted Auditlog.read.all permission
When does this error occur?
- When you have not granted Auditlog.read.all permission for this application.
How to resolve:
- Please make sure to grant this permission and reconnect this integration.
MSE-104: You have not granted Reports.read.all permission
When does this error occur?
- When you have not granted Reports.read.all permission for this application.
How to resolve:
- Please make sure to grant this permission and reconnect this integration.
MSE-105: The Tenant ID provided was Invalid or Wrong
When does this error occur?
- When the Tenant ID provided was Invalid or Wrong.
How to resolve:
- Please make sure to reconnect with correct and valid Tenant ID.
MSE-102: You need to disable Data encryption
When does this error occur?
- When data encryption is enabled and Zluri cannot process the data.
How to resolve:
- You need to disable Data encryption for Zluri to process the data. Follow the help article for MS365 or contact support.
MSE-106: Your current Azure AD license does not support this operation
When does this error occur?
- When your current Azure AD license does not support this operation.
How to resolve:
- This integration requires an Azure AD Premium license.
Additional Notes
- Always ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to connect.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your application and permissions have not been changed or revoked in Azure AD.
- For Audit Log functionality, ensure you have an Entra ID P1 or P2 subscription.
