Troubleshooting

This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating HiBob Service User with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

HOB-101-A: The User Id or Password used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs when connecting HiBob to Zluri with invalid Service User credentials.

To resolve this error:

  • Log in to HiBob with administrator credentials
  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations
  • Go to Automation → Service Users
  • Verify the Service User ID and Token are correct
  • Copy the credentials carefully, ensuring no extra spaces are included
  • Try connecting the integration again with the correct credentials

HOB-101-B: The User Id or Password used for this integration is expired or changed

This error occurs when the Service User credentials previously used to connect HiBob to Zluri have expired or been changed.

To resolve this error:

  • Log in to HiBob with administrator credentials
  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Automation → Service Users
  • Locate your Service User
  • Generate new credentials if needed
  • Update the integration with the new Service User ID and Token
  • Reconnect the integration

HOB-102-A: The service user you created to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to fetch users

This error occurs when connecting HiBob to Zluri with a Service User that lacks the necessary permissions to access user data.

To resolve this error:

  • Ensure you have HiBob Service User Administrator access
  • Log in to HiBob with administrator credentials
  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Automation → Service Users
  • Verify the Service User has appropriate permissions to fetch user data
  • If needed, create a new Service User with the required permissions
  • Try connecting the integration again

HOB-102-B: The service user you created to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to fetch users

This error occurs when the Service User that was used to connect HiBob to Zluri has lost its permissions to access user data.

To resolve this error:

  • Log in to HiBob with administrator credentials
  • Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Automation → Service Users
  • Check the permissions of your Service User
  • Ensure the Service User has all required permissions restored
  • If permissions cannot be restored, create a new Service User with appropriate permissions
  • Reconnect the integration with the updated or new Service User credentials

Note: Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  • HiBob Service User Administrator account access
  • Proper permissions to create and manage Service Users
  • Access to the HiBob Integrations settings
