GTL-100-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to read project
This error occurs when connecting GitLab to Zluri with a user account that lacks the necessary project access permissions.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure the GitLab user has sufficient permissions to read projects
- Ask your GitLab administrator to grant the required project access permissions
- Try connecting the integration again after permissions are updated
GTL-100-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked
This error occurs when the GitLab user account that was used to connect to Zluri has lost its project access permissions.
To resolve this error:
- Verify the user still has sufficient permissions to read projects
- If permissions were revoked, have your GitLab administrator restore the necessary project access permissions
- Reconnect the integration after permissions are restored
GTL-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to read user information
This error occurs when connecting GitLab to Zluri with a user account that lacks the necessary permissions to read user data.
To resolve this error:
- Ensure the GitLab user has sufficient permissions to read user information
- Ask your GitLab administrator to grant the required user read permissions
- Try connecting the integration again after permissions are updated
GTL-101-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked
This error occurs when the GitLab user account that was used to connect to Zluri has lost its user read permissions.
To resolve this error:
- Verify the user still has sufficient permissions to read user information
- If permissions were revoked, have your GitLab administrator restore the necessary permissions
- Reconnect the integration after permissions are restored
GTL-102: The integration access is revoked by the admin or expired
This error occurs when:
- The GitLab admin has revoked the integration's access or it is expired.
To resolve this error:
- Check if the integration's access was revoked in GitLab
- If it is expired or revoked, you'll need to reconnect the integration
GTL-103-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to read audit events
This error occurs when connecting GitLab to Zluri with a user account that lacks the necessary permissions to read audit events.
Note: Audit events access requires either a Premium or Ultimate GitLab plan.
To resolve this error:
- Verify your GitLab subscription includes audit events (Premium/Ultimate plan required)
- Ensure the GitLab user has sufficient permissions to read audit events
- Ask your GitLab administrator to grant the required audit event read permissions
- Try connecting the integration again after permissions are updated
GTL-103-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked
This error occurs when the GitLab user account that was used to connect to Zluri has lost its audit events read permissions.
To resolve this error:
- Verify your GitLab subscription is still active and includes audit events
- Check that the user still has sufficient permissions to read audit events
- If permissions were revoked, have your GitLab administrator restore the necessary permissions
- Reconnect the integration after permissions are restored
