LUD-SCM-100: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid

When does this error occur?

  • When the API key used to connect the integration is invalid or expired.

How to resolve:

  • Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration.

LUD-SCM-101: The user does not have sufficient permissions to access users

When does this error occur?

  • When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access users.

How to resolve:

  • Modify the user permission and try again.

Additional Notes

  • Always ensure you have a Lucid Enterprise account before attempting to connect.
  • Verify that the SCIM feature is properly enabled in your Lucid account.
  • If you continue to face issues, check that your API key and permissions have not been changed or revoked in Lucid.
