MDB-100: The private key and secret does not have access to organizations
When does this error occur?
- When the private key and secret used for this integration does not have access to organizations.
How to resolve:
- Ensure to use the right private key and secret.
MDB-102: IP address is not added in the API access list
When does this error occur?
- When the IP address is not added in the API access list.
How to resolve:
- Please add the host IP address in API Access List to connect the integration.
MDB-103: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Organization Members
When does this error occur?
- When the user does not have sufficient permissions to access Organization Members.
How to resolve:
- Please ensure the user has the right permissions to access Organization Members.
Additional Notes
- Always ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to connect.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your API keys and permissions have not been changed or revoked in MongoDB.
- Ensure your IP address is properly configured in the API access list.
