DAT-100: Login failed: The credentials provided are invalid
When does this error occur?
- While connecting Datadog to Zluri with invalid or expired credentials (hostUrl, apiKey, or appKey).
How to resolve:
- Double-check your credentials:
- Ensure the hostUrl is correct for your Datadog region (see below).
- Ensure the API Key and Application Key are correct and active.
- If you see this error during sync, your credentials may have expired or been revoked. Generate new credentials and reconnect the integration.
Additional Notes
- Always copy and paste the API Key, Application Key, and Host URL directly from Datadog to avoid typos or missing characters.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your credentials are active and have not been changed or revoked in Datadog.
