DAT-100: Login failed – The credentials provided are invalid
When does this error occur?
This error occurs when Zluri fails to connect to Datadog due to invalid or expired credentials. This can include an incorrect hostUrl, API Key, or Application Key.
How to resolve:
- Check your credentials carefully:
- Verify that the hostUrl corresponds to your Datadog region (for example,
https://api.datadoghq.comfor US,https://api.datadoghq.eufor EU, etc.). - Confirm that the API Key and Application Key are correct and active.

- If the error occurs during sync:
- Your credentials may have expired or been revoked.
- Generate new API and Application Keys in Datadog.
- Reconnect the integration in Zluri using the updated credentials.
Additional Notes
- Always copy and paste the API Key, Application Key, and Host URL directly from Datadog to avoid typos or missing characters.
- Verify that the keys are still active in your Datadog account and have not been changed or revoked.
- If the issue persists, check for region mismatches or permission issues related to the Application Key scope.
