GSA-400: The Client Email used is invalid
When does this error occur?
This error occurs when the Client Email used to connect the integration is invalid.
How to resolve:
- Ensure the correct Client Email is used.
- Verify that the Client Email matches the one listed in your GCP service account configuration.
- Double-check that there are no typos or extra spaces when copying the Client Email.
GSA-403: User does not have sufficient permissions
When does this error occur?
This error occurs when the user attempting to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions.
How to resolve:
- Ensure the user has the required permissions to access the integration.
- Confirm that the user has Super Administrator privileges in the Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Verify that the service account has been delegated the correct scopes and access.
GSA-101: Invalid admin email address
When does this error occur?
This error occurs when the admin email address provided is invalid or does not exist in the organization.
How to resolve:
- Provide a valid admin email address that belongs to your Google Workspace domain.
- Ensure the admin account is active and not suspended.
- Verify that the admin account has sufficient permissions to manage integrations.

- Always ensure you have Super Administrator privileges before attempting to connect.
- Verify that the admin email address is valid and has the necessary permissions.
- Confirm that the service account configuration is correct and the required API scopes are properly set.
- If the issue persists, recheck your domain-wide delegation setup in Google Cloud Console.
