When does this error occur?

When the access provided to Zluri in GitHub settings → applications is revoked or expired.

When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions.

When the user trying to connect the integration is not associated with any organization.

How to resolve:

Ensure that the access provided to Zluri in GitHub settings → applications is revoked, and while reconnecting the integration, in the OAuth consent screen, select the organization you wish to connect.
If the user who connected the integration is no longer associated with any organization, reconnect the integration with an account that is part of the desired organization.

When does this error occur?

When the user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions to access members in one or more organizations.

How to resolve:

Modify the user permission to access members in the listed organizations and try again.

Always ensure you have the correct permissions and are associated with the desired organization before connecting.
If you continue to face issues, verify that your permissions and access have not been changed or revoked in GitHub.
