FRE-100: The API key used to connect this integration is invalid or expired
When does this error occur?
- While connecting Freshdesk to Zluri with an invalid or expired API key.
How to resolve:
- Generate a new API key from your Freshdesk account and use it to connect the integration.
FRE-101: The Freshdesk account used to connect the integration is suspended
When does this error occur?
- When the Freshdesk account used to connect the integration is suspended.
How to resolve:
- Ensure you are using a valid, active Freshdesk account to connect the integration.
- If your account is suspended, contact Freshdesk support to resolve the suspension before reconnecting.
FRE-102: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Admin Groups
When does this error occur?
- When the user does not have the required permissions to access Admin Groups in Freshdesk.
How to resolve:
- Ensure the user has the right permissions to access Admin Groups.
- If permissions have been revoked, restore the necessary permissions and reconnect the integration.
FRE-103: The domain provided for the integration is invalid
When does this error occur?
- When the domain entered during connection is incorrect.
How to resolve:
- Ensure you are entering the correct Freshdesk domain. For example, if your domain URL is
https://newaccount1628318235254.freshdesk.com/
, enternewaccount1628318235254.freshdesk.com
as the domain. - Use the correct domain when connecting or reconnecting the integration.
FRE-104: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Agents resource
When does this error occur?
- When the user does not have the required permissions to access Agents in Freshdesk.
How to resolve:
- Ensure the user has the right permissions to access Agents.
- If permissions have been revoked, restore the necessary permissions and reconnect the integration.
FRE-105: User does not have sufficient permissions to access Roles resource
When does this error occur?
- When the user does not have the required permissions to access Roles in Freshdesk.
How to resolve:
- Ensure the user has the right permissions to access Roles.
- If permissions have been revoked, restore the necessary permissions and reconnect the integration.
Additional Notes
- Always copy and paste the API key and domain directly from Freshdesk to avoid typos or missing characters.
- If you continue to face issues, verify that your API key, account, and permissions are active and have not been changed or revoked in Freshdesk.
