KLP-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid. Please ensure that you use the right API key to connect the integration

This error occurs when connecting Klipfolio to Zluri with an invalid or incorrect API key.

To resolve this error:

  1. Verify API Key Generation: Make sure you have generated a valid API key by following the instructions in the Klipfolio integration guide.

  2. Copy API Key Correctly:

    • Copy the API key exactly as shown in your Klipfolio account
    • Ensure there are no extra spaces, missing characters, or formatting issues
    • Avoid copying any additional text around the API key
  3. Check API Key Status: Verify that the API key is still active in your Klipfolio account.

  4. Re-enter API Key: Clear the current API key field in Zluri and re-enter the correct API key.

If the issue persists, generate a new API key in Klipfolio and try connecting again.

KLP-100-B: The API key used for this integration is expired/revoked. Please ensure that you use the right API key before reconnecting the integration

This error occurs when the API key that was previously used to connect Klipfolio to Zluri has been revoked or has expired.

To resolve this error:

  1. Generate a New API Key: Follow the Klipfolio integration guide to create a fresh API key.

  2. Update Integration Settings:

    • Go to your integration settings in Zluri
    • Replace the old API key with the newly generated one
    • Reconnect the integration
  3. Verify API Key Access: Ensure the new API key has the necessary permissions to access your Klipfolio data.

KLP-101-A: User does not have sufficient permissions to connect the integration. Please ensure the user has the right permissions

This error occurs when the Klipfolio user account does not have the necessary privileges to connect to Zluri.

To resolve this error:

  1. Check User Role: Ensure the user account has administrative privileges in Klipfolio that allow API access.

  2. Verify Account Permissions:

    • The user should have permissions to view and access organizational data
    • The account should have API access enabled
    • Verify that the user can generate and manage API keys
  3. Contact Administrator: If you don't have sufficient permissions, contact your Klipfolio administrator to:

    • Grant you the necessary permissions
    • Or provide you with appropriate API credentials
  4. Use Admin Account: Consider connecting the integration using a Klipfolio administrator account that has full access privileges.

KLP-101-B: The permissions associated with the user is revoked. Please ensure that the user has the right permission to reconnect the integration

This error occurs when the Klipfolio user who originally connected to Zluri has lost the required permissions.

To resolve this error:

  1. Restore User Permissions: Contact your Klipfolio administrator to restore the necessary permissions for the user account.

  2. Verify Current Access: Check that the user account can:

    • Access Klipfolio dashboard and data
    • Generate and manage API keys
    • View organizational information
  3. Alternative Solutions:

    • If permissions cannot be restored, disconnect and reconnect the integration using an account with proper administrative privileges
    • Generate a new API key with an administrator account and update the integration settings
  4. Reconnect Integration: After ensuring proper permissions are in place, reconnect the Klipfolio integration to Zluri.
