This page lists common errors and known issues encountered while integrating Grammarly with Zluri, and instructions on how to fix them.

GRA-100-A: The API key used to connect the integration is invalid

This error occurs when connecting Grammarly to Zluri with an invalid API key.

To resolve this error:

  • Verify you have a Grammarly for Business account on the Enterprise tier
  • Ensure SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured for user authentication
  • Go to your Grammarly Business account's Provisioning page
  • Navigate to Configure → Activate SCIM → Create token
  • Copy the new token carefully and ensure no extra spaces are included
  • Try connecting the integration again with the new token

GRA-100-B: The API key used for this integration is expired or revoked

This error occurs when the API key previously used to connect Grammarly to Zluri has expired or been revoked.

To resolve this error:

  • Log into your Grammarly Business account
  • Go to the Provisioning page
  • Navigate to Configure → Activate SCIM → Create token
  • Generate a new token
  • Reconnect the integration using the newly generated token

GRA-101-A: The user trying to connect the integration does not have sufficient permissions

This error occurs when connecting Grammarly to Zluri with a user account that lacks the necessary administrative privileges.

To resolve this error:

  • Verify you have administrative access to your Grammarly Business account
  • Ensure your account has permissions to manage SCIM provisioning
  • If needed, contact your Grammarly Business administrator to grant the required permissions
  • Try connecting the integration again after permissions are updated

GRA-101-B: The permissions for the user who connected the integration have been modified or revoked

This error occurs when the user account that was used to connect Grammarly to Zluri has lost its administrative privileges.

To resolve this error:

  • Verify the user still has administrative access to the Grammarly Business account
  • Check that SCIM provisioning management permissions are still active
  • If permissions were revoked, have your Grammarly Business administrator restore them
  • Reconnect the integration after permissions are restored

Note: Grammarly SCIM provisioning requires:

  • A Grammarly for Business account on the Enterprise tier
  • SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) configured for authentication
  • Integration with a supported Identity Provider (Okta, Azure, Onelogin, or Rippling)
