Connect Microsoft Teams to Zluri

Prerequisites

Before you begin the integration, ensure the following:

  1. You have an active Microsoft Teams account.
  2. You are a Global Administrator or Teams Administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
  3. You have access to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) to approve app permissions.

⚠️

Authorization must be completed by an admin with sufficient privileges.


Setup Steps

Step 1: Select Scopes for Microsoft Teams

  1. Choose the required scopes based on your use case:

    • Discovery
    • Workflows
  2. You can also select the default scopes recommended by Zluri for a quick and hassle-free setup.



Step 2: Connect with Microsoft Teams and Save the Instance

  1. In Zluri, click on Connect or Connect Another Instance for Microsoft Teams.
  2. You'll be prompted to authorize access using Microsoft login.

Authorization Options:

Self-Authorization

  • If you are a Microsoft Teams admin, you can proceed with the authorization yourself.

Co-worker Authorization

  • Choose Send to a Co-worker.
  • Enter the co-worker's name and email address to send them an invitation.
  • They’ll receive a Connect Code or Authorization Link.
  • Once they complete the authorization, the integration setup will move to the next step.

Step 3: Save the Instance

  1. After successful authorization, Zluri will allow you to save the integration instance.
  2. You can also connect multiple instances of Microsoft Teams, each with different scopes, based on your organization’s needs.
