Application Configuration

Zluri allows administrators to configure application-level metadata that directly impacts how apps are shown in the catalog, who approves access, and what license/role options are available during requests.

These configurations are managed from:

Admin View → Applications

Applications tab displays all discovered applications in your environment, grouped by status—Managed, Unmanaged, Restricted, or Needs Review. From here, admins can:

  • Set the application's requestability status
  • Assign internal owners for routing and accountability
  • Define available licenses and roles for more accurate provisioning

Each of these settings plays a critical role in governing access, automating workflows, and maintaining visibility across your SaaS stack.

Managing App Metadata in the Applications Tab

Admins can manage application-specific metadata that influences visibility in the App Catalog, approval routing, and access request behavior.

All of this can be configured from:

Admin View → Applications → [Select App]

Each application has its own settings across sections like Overview, About, and Access Request Settings.

  2. Select Access Request Settings
  3. Add or update:
    • License Options (e.g., Basic, Pro, Enterprise)
