Prerequisites

Before you begin the integration process:

• Ensure you have a valid Box account with appropriate admin privileges.

🔐 Step 1: Log in to Box

1. Navigate to https://www.box.com/.
2. Log in using your Box admin credentials.

🔗 Step 2: Begin Integration in Zluri

1. In Zluri, click Connect Integration or Connect another instance for Box.
2. This will start the integration setup process.

🔍 Step 3: Review and Add Scopes

1. Zluri will present a list of Required Scopes for the integration.
2. You may also add any optional scopes based on your organization's needs.
3. Proceed to the next step to initiate authorization.

👥 Self or Co-worker Authorization

✅ Self-Authorization

If you have the necessary Box credentials, you can continue to the next step yourself.

👤 Co-worker Authorization

If not, you can send an authorization request to a co-worker:

• Enter their details in the form to send an invite email or link.
• The co-worker uses the unique connect code from the invite to approve and proceed.

🔒 Step 4: Authorize Connection Request

1. Based on your selected authorization type (self or co-worker), proceed to approve the integration request.
2. Grant the required permissions when prompted by Box.

🎉 That’s it!
Zluri is now successfully connected with your Box account.
